OCEAN PRIME OPENS TO RAVE REVIEWS IN DALLAS
Ocean Prime is Officially Open for Lunch, Dinner and Prime Hour
DALLAS, Texas – Ocean Prime, the Modern American Supper Club, has opened its doors in Rosewood Court on the corner of Cedar Springs Road and Pearl Street. The restaurant hosted practice dinners last week and has already become a prime attraction for those who attended. Ocean Prime also introduced “Prime Hour,” during which an assortment of appetizers and cocktails are offered at special prices every weekday from 4 to 6 p.m.
“Prime really says it all when it comes to our menu,” said Brandon Davis, general manager of Ocean Prime. “And our handcrafted cocktails are no exception. From the fresh-squeezed juice to our house-made sour mix, everything at Ocean Prime is expertly created with the highest quality ingredients.”
The “Prime Hour” menu features three premium handcrafted cocktails: the Cucumber Gimlet, the Tequila Gimlet and the Blood Orange Negroni. To complement these cocktails, a special selection of appetizers including the Truffled Deviled Eggs and the Ahi Tuna Tartar are available in addition to four premium wine-by-the-glass selections. All “Prime Hour” menu items are priced below nine dollars, and “Prime Hour” takes place in Ocean Prime’s lively cocktail lounge featuring piano music nightly.
In addition to four private dining rooms with seating for up to 36 guests, Ocean Prime features a covered patio terrace with outdoor dining and a private bar. The retro elements of a supper club, reflected in the warm finishes and rich wood – all combined with contemporary styled drapery, modern lighting and granite bar tops – were designed to add to the vibrant energy of the restaurant.
Ocean Prime also kicked off its Holiday Gift Card Promotion this week. For every $100 worth of gift cards purchased through December 31, 2009, guests will receive a bonus $25 gift card reward, valid January 3 – February 28, 2010 on food purchases.
Ocean Prime serves lunch Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. until 4 p.m. and dinner nightly: Monday through Thursday from 4 to 10 p.m.; Friday and Saturday from 4 to 11 p.m.; and Sunday from 4 to 9 p.m.
