Prime Bar
Seven years ago we implemented our ‘fresh bar’ program. We were certainly ahead of the curve then, choosing to use only fresh, housemade ingredients and hand-squeezed citrus-to-order for all our handcrafted cocktails.
The ‘fresh bar’ concept was the launching pad for what has become our exceptional, ever-evolving beverage program at Mitchell's Ocean Club.
We take the same care and approach to cocktail development that we use when we develop our dining menus. It’s a meticulous process where we ensure quality, balanced cocktails with recipes that lend themselves to consistency in execution. Our bar chefs do a great job of applying the proper techniques to ensure each Guest will have an outstanding cocktail experience.
Our Guests’ knowledge of culinary trends is greater than ever and we strive every day to meet or exceed expectations through the entire Ocean Prime experience. Cocktails are no exception. Our talented team is committed to evolving and creating new cocktails to consistently ‘wow’ our guests.
