Our Story

Our Story

Our chefs take pride in sourcing the highest quality ingredients available and use simple, pure, local and regional flavors on our made from scratch menu.  Seafood is selected daily for freshness and we feature wild and naturally harvested fish recommended by the Monterey Bay Aquarium's Seafood Watch.  Our steaks include USDA Prime cuts and are aged for maximum tenderness and flavor.

The Ginger Salmon, Filet Mignon and our famous Chilean Sea Bass in Truffled Champagne Sauce are guest favorites.  Share a Colossal Shrimp Saute or Tuna Tartar appetizer and request a suggestion from our Wine Spectator honored wine list.  Dinner is served from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday; 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Friday; 4:00 to 11:00 p.m. Saturday; and 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Sunday.

Is there chocolate ganache?  Yes.  Confections with fresh fruit and crème anglais?  Yes.  Creamy crème brulee and Ten Layer Carrot Cake?  (The house favorite.)  Share if you must, but don’t consider your Ocean Prime experience complete unless you’ve sampled at least one of our housemade desserts.

We offer gluten free menus at Mitchell's Ocean Club. We are proud to partner with The Gluten Intolerance Group®, also known as GIG®. Our gluten-free menus at Ocean Club have been reviewed and certified by GIG®, enabling us to give our Guests the best possible gluten-free experience. Simply ask your server to see a menu and our chef team will accommodate any special dietary needs you have.

Mixology is one of our favorite sciences.  From our imagination to your glass, the goal is to elevate a mixture of flavors to a sublime finish.  Enjoy something from our collection of handcrafted cocktails made with the absolute freshest squeezed juices and unique twists like fresh basil, muddled white grapes and elderflower.

After Dinner Offerings Menu

Nothing completes a great meal like fine spirits.  Enjoy a port or malt scotch and the atmosphere of the evening as it winds down with a beautiful view of Easton Town Center from our terrace.
