Point Judith Calamari Appetizer

Our team has been busy in the kitchen and we recently unveiled our new spin on our Point Judith Calamari appetizer at Ocean Prime. Our calamari is still marinated in buttermilk for 24 hours, but now we're using a blend of chili, hoisin and light soy sauces. We've also added julienne carrots, scallions, red bell peppers, Mung bean sprouts and candied cashews on top. Our guests have been raving about the new presentation and flavors.
