Winter is the time of year for warm and flavorful meals, and it’s important to choose the appropriate wine to compliment the richness of comfort food. There is no definitive rule about which wines you should drink in the wintertime, but I enjoy a hearty, full-bodied red during the colder months.

We are excited for our upcoming opening in Atlanta (Buckhead) on October 25, 2011. Our company is hosting a grand opening celebration to benefit OPEN HAND on Thursday, October 20, from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m.

We recently hosted our annual CMR Leadership Conference in beautiful Napa Valley, and we are proud to announce the following 2011 award winners selected this year by our executive team.

We are pleased to announce that we will be opening a new location in Indianapolis, IN in 2012!

This month, we were very excited to see Ocean Prime named to the Top Steakhouse List by D Magazine in Dallas, TX.

January has proven to be a very exciting month for me.  I've been in Denver working with our new associates to prepare for our Ocean Prime opening on January 20 at Larimer Square. 

 Today I was in Denver, CO, at our newest Ocean Prime location at Larimer Square. It was orientation day which officially kicks off our training program for our CMR associates. I really enjoyed meeting everyone and we are going to have a great team at Ocean Prime Denver! ...

As I reflect on 2010, I am thankful for your patronage and support of Cameron Mitchell Restaurants.  I am also grateful for our amazing associates who work very hard every day to make CMR an extraordinary restaurant company.  We thank you for sharing a table with us this past year, and we look forward to celebrating a great 2011 with you!

I recently returned from Denver, where I visited our newest site at Larimer Square.  We are excited for our January 2011 opening.

I'm pleased to announce our team recently signed a lease to bring Ocean Prime to Atlanta, GA.

Our team is back from our Oregon wine country adventure - we had a great time!  Each of us have taken courses to learn more about wine, and this trip really brought our training to life.

I just returned from San Antonio where the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) unveiled its third campus!

By far the best place to really learn about wine is to go to wine country. We are taking our beverage managers to Oregon to see the process first hand.

Last week, 80 of our senior leaders came together for our first ever CMR Community Care Day. Part of our group visited Medina Middle School to landscape their courtyard and to paint and decorate their hallway display cases.

We just relaunched our website and we’re pretty excited about some of the new content we’re going to be able to post.
